Feel free to bring a soft sided folding chair (chair in a bag, etc.) or blanket for your comfort.

Tents, open flames of any type, grills of any fuel, pets, fireworks, or overnight camping will not be allowed on the premises.

Underage drinking of alcoholic beverages will not be tolerated.

There is no access by boat. No shoreline activity will be allowed.

For ticketed and/or free events: (1) Tickets are subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility without compensation should the holder act in a disorderly manner or violate rules or regulations. (2) Amphitheater management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule concerts in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

No rain checks will be given unless specified.

The Lake Martin Arts Council and Russell Lands, Inc. will not be liable or responsible for any injuries or damages of any kind resulting from the use of this facility or property.
